Who are we?

The North Dakota Association of County Office Employees (NDASCOE) is an organization that represents the county level employees of the North Dakota Farm Service Agency (FSA), a branch of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

NDASCOE’s Objectives are:

To assist in every way possible to assure successful operation of the Farm Service Agency and the attainment of the Agency’s objectives,
To cooperate with common interest groups and organizations to conserve and improve our nation’s natural resources,
To secure equitable salaries, working conditions, and retirement provisions for all county office employees,
To promote the professionalism of our workers.

NDASCOE membership is strictly voluntary. Of the approximate 190 eligible county committee employees, currently 81 percent are members. NDASCOE is an independent state affiliate of the national organization (NASCOE). NASCOE has been granted exclusive rights to represent full time FSA county committee employees in negotiations with management on terms of employment and working conditions.

District 3 (Southwest): Adams, Bowman, Slope, Dunn, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Grant, McKenzie, Mercer, Oliver, Stark, Billings

District 4 (Southcentral): Burleigh, Emmons, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, McLean, Morton, Sheridan, Sioux, Wells

District 5 (Southeast): Barnes, Cass, Dickey, Griggs, LaMoure, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Steele, Stutsman, Traill
